HR Generalist

Job Summary:

iLABS is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our Human Resources department with a broad range of HR functions. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in administrating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role supports employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled at promoting a positive workplace culture and fostering employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits administration.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and management.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Participate in HR special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
