About the Role:

The Revenue Operations Manager is the strategic architect of Decagon’s revenue engine, serving as the critical nexus between data, strategy, and execution. You will transform raw operational information into a predictive, intelligent system that drives sustainable revenue growth. By bridging sales, marketing, and customer success, you'll create a holistic view of our revenue generation process, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and strategic acceleration.

What you’ll do:

  • Support strategic planning for AI solution go-to-market approach

  • Design and implement comprehensive revenue performance frameworks

  • Implement and optimize AI-enhanced CRM and revenue technology stack

  • Integrate marketing, sales, and customer success platforms

  • Develop custom reporting workflows with machine learning insights

  • Ensure data integrity for complex AI sales cycles

  • Support deal desk and pricing strategy
