BIM Manager - Milwaukee, Wisconsin (On-site)
Decima International is seeking a driven BIM Manager for Data Center projects, offering career growth and engagement with high-profile clients.

Responsibilities
- Act as the intermediary between the client, designers, and architects
- Work closely with BIM coordinators to produce project information models
- Ensure BIM execution plans are maintained
- Produce reports for senior managers
- Manage integration of BIM models from various disciplines
- Coordinate BIM standards development and enforcement
- Provide technical support using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Prepare BIM standard procedures
- Supervise model updating during construction phase
- Extract material take-offs
- Lead BIM coordination meetings
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Certification in Project Management and BIM preferred
