SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Job Summary: Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Operations Manager to support a Classified Government Program in our Washington, DC office. This individual will serve as principal advisor for planning, budgeting, contract management, configuration management, and other business management for multiple, complex projects. Responsibilities of Senior Financial Operations Manager: · Provide classified financial/acquisition program management services· Assist program managers with day-to-day management of new or existing programs· Develop program acquisition and financial management documentation· Provide technical/financial expertise· Support Joint Service program management execution and financial data analysis· Occasional travel to support program technical and financial reviewsQualifications of Senior Financial Operations Manager:· 10+ years of experience supporting DoD/Intelligence programs or offices· Experience drafting, reviewing, and coordinating contractual documents· Expertise in budget submissions for PPBE process· Ability to maintain a database of program requirements in WBS format· Experience in preparing financial, programmatic, and budget program materials· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Acquisition/Logistics/Engineering/Science.· Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance and SSBI PRCompensation for Senior Financial Operations Manager:· Salary Range: $155,000-$180,000 **depending on experience**· Benefits Package: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.
