Key Role:
Create and finalize travel arrangements for more than 10 government senior leaders. Serve as a primary point of contact to initiate, modify, and resolve travel plans, including adjusting existing travel arrangements. Exhibit extensive knowledge of policies regarding government travel, including booking with contract fares when possible, and serve as an office technician to respond to any travel-related inquiries. Assist with planning travel projections and track travel expenditures for program managers. Provide general administrative support and calendar management for government clients, including deconfliction between events, send and accept meeting invites, and coordinate visit requests.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with providing support to senior-level government officials, including Senior Executive Service level
Experience with tracking basic funding reconciliation, including obligation and deobligation of funds for audit and reconciliation purposes
Experience in an administrative professional role, including calendar management and providing general administrative support
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Knowledge of the Defense Travel System
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with the DoD
Experience in coordination across teams and staff functions
Experience with research and development agencies or organizations
Experience in coordination, tracking, and management of taskers, suspenses, and other documentation
Knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation
Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and a team orientation
Ability to perform receptionist duties, including escorting, processing administrative packages, and answering phones
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possession of attention to detail and commitment to on-time performance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
