A propos du poste: 

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Sales Team Leader, capable de responsabiliser et de gérer une équipe de 6 à 10 Business Developers, notamment en fixant des objectifs de vente hebdomadaires/mensuels, en stimulant les performances et en maintenant une éthique de travail et des normes éthiques élevées.

Le(a) candidat(e) idéal(e) a déjà fait ses preuves dans la vente et est passionné par le mentorat et le développement des personnes. Votre objectif principal sera de constituer une équipe solide capable de recruter de nouveaux restaurants répondant aux critères de partenariat de Deliveroo. Vous développerez les compétences de votre équipe en matière de prospection et mettrez en place des processus internes pour assurer le succès de nos restaurants partenaires !

Vos principales missions: 

  • Diriger l'équipe de BDM afin d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de vente mensuels.

  • Communiquer clairement les directives de l'entreprise, les objectifs de vente et les raisons sous-jacentes (le pourquoi).

  • Être un mentor : être présent pour son équipe en assurant une présence constante sur le terrain de vente et aider à répondre aux préoccupations des partenaires.

  • Organiser des réunions hebdomadaires avec votre équipe pour améliorer les indicateurs clés (activités de vente, P2P, indicateurs de qualité, conversion...).

  • Offrir un retour d'information adapté aux performances individuelles des Sales et à leur évolution professionnelle.

  • Vous êtes responsable de la motivation de l'équipe, en résolvant les problèmes de manière rapide et efficace.

  • Respecter et mettre en œuvre les directives de l'entreprise et les protocoles spécifiques à l'équipe, y compris l'assiduité et la discipline.

  • Améliorer stratégiquement les résultats de l'équipe et les indicateurs clés, créer et suivre les trackers de data nécessaires.

  • Cultiver une culture axée sur un soutien commercial de premier ordre.

  • Détecter, élaborer et peaufiner des méthodologies efficaces pour votre équipe de vente.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes d'onboarding pour activer efficacement les meilleurs restaurants en France.

  • Représenter et défendre les valeurs et la marque Deliveroo.

Votre profil: 

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

  • 4+ ans d'expérience dans la vente ; une expérience B2B est un plus.

  • 2+ ans d'expérience en management d’équipe.

  • Vous avez envie d'exceller dans un environnement en constante évolution et de faire partie d'une entreprise à fort impact.

  • Volonté de relever des défis et de sortir de sa zone de confort.

  • Excellente communication et présentation.

  • Capacités de leadership avérées.

  • Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes.
