Senior Operations Manager- French Speaker
Deliveroo is transforming the way you shop and eat, connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders. They are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team to improve performance across customer service metrics.

Responsibilities
- Oversee care performance for European markets
- Manage day-to-day performance of European service queues
- Create business insights and KPIs for performance measurement
- Lead performance improvement projects
- Coach and mentor team members
- Manage outsourced partners and performance
- Present performance updates to stakeholders
Education
- Degree in Business or related field preferred
