Tech Recruiter (12 month FTC)
Deliveroo is seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join their team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will enhance the recruiting process within a dynamic environment focused on Software Engineering roles.

Responsibilities
- Manage external agency partnerships to fill contractor roles.
- Coach hiring managers on long-term hiring plans.
- Partner with business leaders on contractor extensions and budgeting.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Present key hiring metrics to leadership.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
