Deliveroo is seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join their team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will enhance the recruiting process within a dynamic environment focused on Software Engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Manage external agency partnerships to fill contractor roles.

Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Present key hiring metrics to leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
