Job summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in growing our digital presence and building our community by driving innovative and data-driven digital strategies. This role involves creating compelling multi-media digital content and leading digital marketing campaigns that enhance our Delivery Associate’s visibility and align with our core values.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance DA's online presence utilizing both organic and paid approaches.• Craft and distribute dynamic multi-format content across platforms like LinkedIn using engaging infographics, videos, and interactive media to increase audience engagement.• Manage day-to-day operations with marketing agencies and freelancers, ensuring the success and alignment of marketing campaigns with DA’s strategic goals.• Employ advanced tools like HubSpot for campaign and customer journey management and Google Ads for precise audience targeting.• Develop regular campaign performance reports, leveraging data insights to influence strategies and improve outcomes.• Collaborate cross-functionally to produce and promote thought leadership content that reflects DA’s mission and impact in the social sector.• Monitor digital channels rigorously, adjusting strategies in real time to ensure optimal performance and alignment with industry trends.Mindsets.We work well with people who are:• Adaptable: Public sector work is dynamic.
