In the Executive and Team Assistants Team, you’ll provide essential support that helps optimize workflows and empower leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contributions will drive productivity and ensure that our teams are equipped to deliver great results, ultimately helping Delivery Hero achieve its vision and goals.
As a Team Assistant you will be a key part of our department, someone who brings joy and order to the workplace in equal measures and is excited about building strong working relationships with their stakeholders.
Assist two busy stakeholders and their teams in their day to day work by providing first-class support, including full administrative task ownership
Organize team meetings, including team All-Hands and leadership meetings, as well as events of all sizes, including team events, conferences and offsites
Manage travel logistics, trip preparation & expense reporting for the stakeholders
Manage budgeting processes for the department
Oversee internal team processes, projects and communications and take action to improve operations in order to facilitate the team's daily activities
Work on ad-hoc tasks and projects, and provide additional support where required
3+ years of work experience, in team support, or coordinator roles
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, ensuring that tact, discretion, and confidentiality are at the forefront of your interactions
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and resilience, as well as excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong relationship-building and impeccable stakeholder management skills
You are a pro-active, pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people
Nice to have:
Background in project management or communications
