We are looking for someone to work with GRID's clients and partners to ensure their needs are met with timely integrations. You will be accountable for both creation and delivery of integration strategies, processes and execution to ensure all opportunities are realised and that the customers are always happy.

Working towards the maximum upside of product integration with the partner or client. Your role at the forefront of delivery shall be to understand GRID’s product portfolio and the clients’ needs to produce the maximum value across the integration.
Interact with GRID partners, provide timely, professional customer service.
Accountable for creating and delivering a disciplined integration strategy, process and execution plan.
Manage short and long term (multi-month) integrations. Setting timelines, keeping all stakeholders up to date, and independently driving the process forward. Superb attention to detail is an absolute must.
Record partner’s projects and keep the team up to date on the status by documenting the process of integration.
Working closely with the commercial team to rationalise and break down pending opportunities.
Being part of the early conversations with the potential client/partner to lend your delivery expertise to help promote the sale of services from GRID.
Managing and creating documentation for GRID’s products and services.
Your role as Delivery Manager shall include close interaction with GRID Product and Commercial teams.
