The Delivery Manager - Member Portals is responsible for leading and managing agile delivery for the Service Customers product family within our Software Engineering team - working directly with our Member Portal. They are responsible for all aspects of agile delivery including requirements, engineering, and quality assurance as well as product support. They will partner with other Business enablement and IT enablement teams to deliver mission critical functions that help grow Medica’s business. They will ensure delivery to meet Medica’s business objectives leveraging an internal agile team as well as vendor and technology partners.
Qualifications:
This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office – LOCATION – for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
