Position SummaryBusiness Strategy & Transformation Senior ConsultantMonitor Deloitte's Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities to architect integrated programs that transform our clients' businesses, including Business Strategy, Environmental, Social and Governance Strategy, Technology Strategy & Business Transformation, and AI & Data Strategy.Business Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win - ultimately driving growth and enterprise value.Within Monitor Deloitte, the Business Strategy market offering:• Helps clients architect strategies and transformation programs for growth and value creation through levers such as strategic dialogue facilitation, innovation, portfolio optimization, differentiation, and business model transformation• Helps clients drive growth and profitability via strategy development and enterprise transformation• Cultivates enterprise agility and ensures transformations are anchored in and unlock value• Equips CSOs, CTrOs, CEOs, GMs, and Boards for success• Collaborates with I/O colleagues and ecosystem partners and alliances to reimagine the possibleRecruiting for this role ends on 6/28/2024.Work You'll DoBusiness Strategy projects typically focus on identifying and building new sources of competitive advantage, increasing revenues, improving margin, and optimizing operations in service of driving growth. Our engagements frequently leverage our leading-edge scenario planning and futures thinking toolkit to help clients think through the long-term evolution of their industry and the implications for their business.Senior Consultants conduct work streams or components of large, complex engagements. Senior Consultants oversee the detailed, quantitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to address our clients' biggest challenges.The TeamThe Monitor Deloitte team's job is to architect programs that transform our clients' businesses. We advise the world's leading companies in navigating change and architecting the future. To do this, we have assembled a practice of leading business and technology strategy experts that each contribute unique capabilities and insights.QualificationsRequired:• 5+ years of management consulting experience focused on Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, and Business Transformation.• 5+ years of experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies for growth and transformation at the corporate, business, or product level.• 5+ years of experience creating client-ready materials, including roadmaps, presentations (PowerPoint), business case, business process and transformation plans, etc.• 2+ years of experience using analytical methods and tools to create project analysis and recommendation support• 2+ years of experience leading a team and influencing others, including coaching and mentoring other staff.• Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record.• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:• Advanced degree in business (i.e., MBA).• Ability to define trends across industries and articulate their impact to clients' business and strategic choices.• Experience with Scenario Planning/Modeling• Knowledge of or experience in broader G&A functions (i.e., HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Commercial Operations).• Basic understanding of the core digital technologies that underpin world class customer experiences (e.g., CRM, E-Commerce, Content Management).Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.htmlThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
