Join our cyber team and elevate your career.Work you'll do• As an Advisory Cyber Analyst, your primary responsibility is to assess and maintain the security of the client systems. You will identify potential vulnerabilities using Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST and DAST) and Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and will report any identified issues to the respective developing teams.• Your role includes reviewing security reports, latest vulnerabilities, assessment findings, and managing user provisioning, service accounts, connected applications, and integrations.• You will also be responsible for automating scans and remediation activities, developing a continuous control monitoring program.• The duties will extend to performing threat assessments of application products before development begins, and conducting security vulnerability tests to validate the software's abilities to withstand attacks and protect sensitive data.• Location: Sacramento, 100% Client Site / Onsite.The team:Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. If you're seeking a career in IAM, cloud systems, or identity governance then Cyber Identity is for you.QualificationsRequired:• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required• 1+ years knowledge on security principles and secure implementation• 1+ years knowledge on secure coding practices• 1+ years of programming experience in one or more languages• Understanding of general Secure Software Development Lifecycle standards• 1+ years' experience in conducting exhaustive risk assessments and identifying threats, vulnerabilities, and potential damagesPreferred:• 1+ years of SAST experience with standardized automated tools (Veracode, Fortify, Checkmarx, Sonatype, etc)• 1+ years of DAST experience with standard tooling (Burp Suite, Kali Linux, WebInspect, OWASP ZAP, HCL Appscan)• 1+ years of experience in application and network level penetration testingInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation: https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.htmlThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $57,300.00 to $95,500.00.
