Lead Preboarding Technology & Process Specialist (Employee Lifecycle Events)Recruiting for this role ends on 30th August 2024Work you'll doIn partnership with the Preboarding Manager, the Lead Technology & Process Preboarding Specialist will lead the Preboarding Technology & Process team to facilitate a smooth and seamless pre-hire Preboarding process for Experienced Hires (EH) and/or Campus Hires and Interns. The Lead will cross collaborate with various internal teams, inclusive of our various technology partners for process improvements, troubleshooting and system implementations. The Preboarding team assumes responsibility for all Preboarding activities once the Pre-hire has officially accepted their offer with Deloitte.Job Responsibilities:• Lead a team or subset of Preboarding Specialists or process area within the CTS-ELE Preboarding team.• Act as a point of escalation for team members and resolve, in a timely fashion, any delays or obstacles in the Preboarding process.• Utilize system information to manage the preboarding process and ensure any pending flags are being resolved in a timely fashion.• Lead special project assignments to develop processes and tools for CTS ELE and overall CTS.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements to meet current and future needs, and drive efficiencies.• Monitor team performance to meet service level agreements and manage workloads, teaming closely with USI ELE management.• Manage issues and escalations with stakeholders, with support of ELE Preboarding Leader.• Ensure maintenance of standard operating procedures and knowledge articles within the Preboarding team.• Collaborate with USI counterparts on all activities to ensure alignment of priorities and ongoing responsibilities and leverage best practices between US and USI Preboarding teams.• Support the growth, development, and performance management of a team of Preboarding Specialists, providing coaching and mentoring as well as training.• Support the ELE Preboarding Managers and Preboarding Leader with ongoing projects and initiatives, and contributes to other ELE initiatives.• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.The teamThe Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) Preboarding team is part of the Talent Services (TS) channel of the Deloitte Talent Organization. Here are a few ways Internal Services fuels Deloitte's ability to achieve its goals.QualificationsRequired:• Bachelor's Degree• 5+ years of Human Resources experience or related experience• 1+ year experience leading a team or process area• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:• Case Management System Experience (ServiceNow preferred)• Ability to work in a highly confidential and sometimes ambiguous environment required• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume and deadline driven environment• Ability to identify issues and escalate accordingly• High degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environmentThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
