Associate Compliance AnalystDo you have an interest compliance tracking and research? Do you have a passion for data analytics? Then this role is for you!Work You'll Do• Performs activities such as compliance tracking, metrics analysis, research internal and external websites and• Ensures individual compliance procedures and policies are followed and documented• Supports Independence Manager(s) and Analyst(s) in data analytics and maintenance activities and operates the defined processes based on manuals and guidance• Performs various quality reviews and updates independence information systems with data pertaining to independence subjects.• Reviews emails and analyzes client responses to determines procedural steps to take based on the independence status and provides support to internal clients• Run various processes and prepare source data files with the supervision and oversight from Manager, Analyst, and the team.• Create ad hoc reports using MS Excel, MS Excel functions and Tableau, pulling content from multiple systems and create lookups, pivot tables, charts & reporting. Involved in creation of reporting/analytics for other Independence groups.• Learns advanced Tableau techniques and other technologies through available self-learning resources and guidance from the team and applies into the work product.• Data analysis and reporting that may pertain to other subject matter as needed.The successful candidate will possess:• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills• Excellent data-entry skills and attention to detail• Self-directed, adaptable to changes in the work environment/rules/directionsThe teamThe Risk & Brand Protection teams are strategic enablers of growth by proactively identifying and managing quality, risk, professional conflicts of interest, and other business risks that Deloitte faces in the marketplace.On a broader scale, Risk & Brand Protection protects, preserves, and enhances our reputation by helping our senior executives identify, assess, manage, and respond to top-tier risks and crises or incidents that could undermine the firm's brand and reputation.QualificationsRequired:• Bachelor's degree in related fields Data Analytics, Mathematics or similar quantitative major preferred.• 1-2 Years of experience• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve• Limited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:• Prefer strong Excel, Tableau, Access database, PowerPoint, documentation, data quality and research experience.
