Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.Work you'll do/Responsibilities• Work with the Product teams to gather requirements, define NFR's, create Test Strategy & planning documentation.• Develop e2e automated performance test scripts using LoadRunner tool and execution of the same.• Document results, create analysis report and provide recommendations for Performance Enhancement/bottle neck remediation.• Create/follow up on Performance Defects and Escalate issues/risks to project management as needed.• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement managementThe TeamOur Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.Our operate services within CTO include:• Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement.• Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products.QualificationsRequired• Hands on experience with Performance Testing using tool (Load Runner)• Knowledge of Performance Testing lifecycle and best practices with respect to Citrix applications.• Hands on experience on JIRA/Confluence/Dynatrace/SQL DB• Hands on experience on tools such as Postman/Charles Proxy/Fiddler.• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve• Role is remotePreferred• Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.• Excellent Written and Communication Skills• Ability to deliver technical demonstrationsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
