Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.Work you'll do/Responsibilities• Our client is working on a tool to automatically generate performance reports for employee-based feedback from stakeholders based on Generative AI• Analysis and documentation of existing legacy system• Requirement gathering• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomesThe TeamApplication Modernization & Innovation consultants leverage the best of innovative technology, people, and delivery approaches to help our clients dream, explore, build, and optimize their future. The AMI practice delivers end-to-end technology solutions to enable and improve our clients' core business operations. AM&I is composed of three different areas- Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration and Quality Engineering.QualificationsRequired• 6+ years of experience in Java, C#, Unit Testing• 6+ years of experience utilizing Spring, REST API, Jenkins, etc.• Experience building clients that interact with Gen AI technologies.• 3+ years of experience in leading projects and teams• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve• Must be located on the East Coast• Role is remotePreferred• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities• UI TypeScript, Angular or React.js• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision• Excellent Written and Communication Skills• Ability to deliver technical demonstrationsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
