Develops and executes strategies, conducts critical analysis, and drives optimization activities to streamline costs and drive strategic change. May manage a team of resources.Responsibilities:• Leads the development and implementation strategic initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and marketplace needs. Identifies detailed actions required to successfully execute and deliver against stated goals and objectives.• Oversees and reviews the completion of financial and non-financial analyses that can be used to evaluate opportunities or assist in making key strategic decisions. Develops recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements. This multi-disciplinary team runs IT as a business by transforming IT finance, reporting project portfolio metrics, quality, deployment, delivery, and adoption, and building the IT workforce of the future.RequiredQualifications:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, MIS or related degree.• Minimum 10 years of related experience in operationalizing strategic programs, business case development and value tracking and management, strategic thinking and leadership, stakeholder management.• Minium 2 years working in a leadership and/or people management capacity.• Limited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred Skills:• Expert skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP financials and/or other financial reporting tools.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
