Join our team and play a key role in helping to design our clients' roadmap to the future and help transform the public sector marketplace.Work You'll DoYou will play a critical role in overseeing solution training, application testing, and help desk operations. Your responsibilities will also extend to governance over cyber security compliance, data governance, and change management. This position operates within a complex ecosystem that includes US government clients, project teams, and software-as-a-service providers.Responsibilities:• Oversee Solution Training: The Solution Operations Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for users of the solution. This includes designing training materials, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. This also includes working closely with the technical and functional requirements team to validate completeness of training.• Manage Application Testing: The Solutions Operations Lead will oversee the testing process for new and ground-up applications, ensuring that all applications are thoroughly tested for functionality, performance, and security. This includes coordinating with the development team, creating test plans, and managing the execution of tests. The Solution Operations Lead will lead the help desk team, ensuring that all user inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. This includes developing Help Desk processes, managing the help desk ticketing system, monitoring response times, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.• Cyber Security Governance and Compliance: The Solution Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing governance and compliance aspects related to solution operations. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring that all activities align with regulatory requirements. Familiarity with NIST 800-53 security procedures will be critical to ensure compliance with government security standards.• Change Management: The Solution Operations Lead will play a key role in managing change within the solution ecosystem. This includes assessing the impact of changes, developing change management plans, and effectively communicating changes to stakeholders.The teamOur Supply Chain Networks and Operations (SCNO) team helps clients transform their value chains into competitive weapons.
