Read more about our opportunity below ...Work you will do As a Sr Workday HCM Consultant you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:• Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday.• Lead workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM (such as Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Comp, Advanced Comp, Payroll, and more)• Serve as an advisor to other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise.• Build consensus around business processes and design.• Communication of Workday HCM capabilities and limitations• Configuration of Workday HCM application• Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter expertsThe teamThe Human Capital As-A-Service Asset Group brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any pertinent field or industry is required.• 5+ years' experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM.• 6+ years' of consulting and/or industry experience.• Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions.• Experience in Workday HCM in one or more of the following modules: Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence, Learning• Experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment.• Superior Communication Skills, both written and oral• Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs.
