Employee Communications and DE&I Manager

Demandbase is seeking an Employee Communications and DE&I Manager to drive transparency and clarity within the organization, focusing on fostering a culture of community, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and edit various employee communications
  • Produce the weekly employee newsletter
  • Lead the growth and development of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
  • Establish metrics to track effectiveness of ERG programs and DEI initiatives
  • Manage DEI events and communications calendar
  • Collaborate on philanthropy events and initiatives
  • Recommend, develop, facilitate, and track DEI content for training and resources

Education

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR communications or related field
