Responsibilities
Plan, write, and edit various employee communications
Produce the weekly employee newsletter
Lead the growth and development of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Establish metrics to track effectiveness of ERG programs and DEI initiatives
Manage DEI events and communications calendar
Collaborate on philanthropy events and initiatives
Recommend, develop, facilitate, and track DEI content for training and resources
Education
3-5 years of relevant experience in HR communications or related field
