Enterprise Growth Account Director

Demandbase is seeking an Enterprise Growth Account Director to upsell and renew existing business, as well as sell to new business units. We are looking for someone with experience in Marketing & Sales, familiarity with Marketing Technology, and Advertising technology experience would be a plus.

Skills

  • Direct sales experience
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions and/or digital media
  • Complex sales cycle management
  • Hunter's mentality for driving expansion within complex enterprise accounts
  • Self-motivated and responsible individual

Responsibilities

  • Manage selling activities for enterprise accounts
  • Apply consultative sales approach
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline
  • Develop accurate forecasts and manage sales activity in CRM
  • Understand marketing technology domain and customer strategies
  • Interact closely with Demandbase partner sales representatives
  • Strategic thinking, effective communication, and networking
