Principal Product Designer
Demandbase is seeking a Principal Product Designer to build the foundation of all products through intuitive, user-centered design. The role involves leading the design team, setting industry standards, and ensuring a holistic user experience.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design in B2B / SaaS.
- Experience in Agile environment.
- Strong ability to communicate design vision.
- Experience with data-heavy applications and data storytelling.
- Experience in goal-oriented design frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Making a substantial impact by raising the design bar and leading by example.
- Defining long-term strategy in important aspects of the business.
- Leading the product design team in maintaining UI/UX standards.
- Representing design thinking in discussions with Product & Engineering partners.
- Conducting customer research to improve design processes.
- Mentoring and supporting other members of the design team.
