Revenue Enablement Manager (Customer Experience)

Join Demandbase as a Revenue Enablement Manager for CX Enablement. You will play a key role in driving revenue enablement programs, building best-in-class programs, and promoting field awareness.

Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in an Enablement or CX-Ops role at a modern software company
  • Sales methodologies experience or certification
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Operationalizing evaluation frameworks experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage critical portions of revenue enablement for CX enablement programs
  • Build and deploy best-in-class programs across customer-facing teams
  • Promote field awareness through communication channels
  • Track success metrics of enablement programs
