Senior User Experience Researcher
Demandbase is seeking a professional User Experience Researcher to lead research efforts to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors in a B2B/SaaS environment.
Skills
- Extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience with Lean UX/Agile environment
- Experience working with a geographically distributed team
Responsibilities
- Scoping, leading, and executing mixed-method studies
- Driving the Critical User Journey (CUJ) framework
- Managing and innovating on the Demandbase Research Panel
- Guiding and educating stakeholders in creating actionable research questions
- Analyzing and presenting research findings
- Collaborating with other internal teams and programs
Education
- 5-7 years of experience in user experience research in a B2B/SaaS environment
- Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (preferred)
