At DemandLab, you'll have the enviable task of marketing to marketers.The B2B Demand Generation Specialist will support revenue goals by planning and executing omnichannel demand generation campaigns, including virtual and in-person events, social media, and content development.The specialist will be responsible for updating/maintaining our two corporate websites, which are running on WordPress, and managing the various elements of demand generation campaigns in Marketo. The Specialist will also provide sales enablement support and ensure brand voice and style consistency across all channels.The B2B Demand Generation Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with our subject matter experts and sales team members. The Specialist will also work with external contractors/vendors such as PR/Media Relations Reps, paid media partners, and graphic designers.Demand Generation• Facilitate demand generation and engagement plans and campaign prioritization in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and maintain a consistent campaign management process• Manage a campaign calendar for demand generation programs to provide transparency and create alignment with key stakeholders• Facilitate and maintain nurture campaigns and client loyalty programs• Report on demand generation efforts and their effectiveness. Collaborate with writers and team subject matter experts to assist in producing, writing, and editing sales and marketing materials, including articles, presentations, white papers, press releases, solution sheets, and other collateral.• Manage the company websites and blog, including maintaining a blog editorial calendar and publication of blogs onlineBrand• Manage brand social media presence to inform, engage, and convert by crafting narratives and story arcs across outbound channels• Execute and maintain the outreach calendar, including social media, blog posts, etc., to provide a comprehensive view of outbound activity• Ensure DemandLab's company values and brand guidelines are adhered to and are apparent in all marketing collateral and initiatives.• Manage and update brand style guides and align to digital/ print collateral• Assist with Employer Branding efforts by aligning content strategy to the recruiting prioritiesReporting & Operations• Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision-making and next steps• Measure and report on the performance of demand generation and engagement campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals• Maintain reporting and dashboards Look for ways to improve and streamline marketing operations processes• Maintain dashboards and reports for the marketing funnelRequirementsSuccessful team members in this role must bring the following to the organization:Experience• 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation /marketing• 2+ years of Marketo or Hubspot experience• 2+ years of WordPress experience• 2+ years of relevant marketing data reporting/analysis experienceQualifications/Skills• Demonstrable success in executing, managing, and measuring creative, innovative, and results-focused demand generation and engagement programs and campaigns• Track record of managing multiple demand generation programs, including multiple channels, simultaneously• Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and the ability to use insights to recommend improvements to marketing programs• Able to create and tell a story through analytics graphics and tabular data such as pivot tables, historical trends and Pareto charts. Must be proficient in managing spreadsheets• Experience with social media and digital marketing for B2B brands• Competence as a business/marketing writer with a talent for creating engaging social posts, email, and landing page copy• Experience working with and supporting sales professionals• Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication skills• Excellent project management skills with superb attention to detail; bonus points for Asana experience• Strong problem-solving ability• Ability to collaborate with teams as well as work independentlyOther• Comfortable in applying analytical skills for reporting using data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio• Graphic design and/or copywriting skills would be a welcome addition to our team!Education• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or BusinessWorking conditions / Physical requirements:• This is a remote position, and you will work from your home office; some travel is required (10-20%)• Standard business hours are Monday - Friday• Must be able to work at a desk and on a computer for long periods• Travel to and participation in marketing events is required per the aboveNote: This position is open to candidates residing in Canada and the United States within the Eastern and Central time zones.Salary Range (Depending upon the region):• $72,000 - $75000 USD• $75,000 - $80,000 CADBenefits• Health Care Plan Contribution (Medical)• 100% paid Dental & Vision• Retirement Plan matching as per the region• 100% paid Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)• Generous Paid Time Off and Flexible Work Plans• Training & Development• Work From Home
