The Dematic Customer Service Human Resources Team is looking for an HR Generalist to join our high performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to get real HR experience in a growing organization, helping support the CS operations side of the business. You will provide support to leaders and key stakeholders and have the opportunity to use creative problem-solving skills to drive process that is needed to fuel the strategy and growth of the business through its people! Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:What Will You do in This Role:• Develop strategic people, organization structure, and talent plans, guiding critical talent decisions in alignment with Dematic's strategic growth plans.• Lead the planning, strategy and execution for key business groups in the areas of recruitment, talent management and organizational development.• Gain a deep understanding of the Dematic business and the functions in scope in order to serve as a true business partner and drive initiatives aligned to the business strategy.• Use metrics and data to enable business leaders by identifying trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.• Build leadership and management capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment that increases team member engagement.• Serve as the front-line lead in employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Lead and facilitate progressive discipline, harassment, workplace violence and other HR related issues.• Champion initiatives that support the success of the organization's growth and reinforce a collaborative, aligned, and engaged culture.• Special projects and programs as directed and available.What We Are Looking For:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field.• 5+ years of direct applicable Human Resource experience in a fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company.• Experience with employee relations experience; including experience counseling and coaching members and managers in HR relations-related situations; experience with conducting workplace investigations and resolving workplace issues (problem resolution) and reviewing and/or evaluating people for selection and/or programs for appropriateness.• Ability to understand and align policies and practices with federal, state, and local legal requirements.• Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas including, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management.• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders as a trustedadviser and confidant.• Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.• Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competent in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.• Demonstrated advanced customer focus, judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal).• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
