Location: We support US virtual working arrangements in the contiguous 48 states.

The opportunity:

If Customer Service is your passion, we want to hear from you! The Customer Service Associate, Dental Claims is accountable for handling customer service inquiries over the phone in a fast-paced call center environment and processing dental claims!

NOTE: The hours of this role are 10am-7pm CST

How you will contribute:

• Provide information and assistance to both internal and external customers.
• Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns while focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Use technology to process dental claims.
• Prepare and distribute reports; new hire mentoring; and claim auditing and reporting.

What you will bring with you:

• High School diploma or GED required
• College graduate preferred
• 1 year Customer Service/Call Center experience
• Previous experience within Insurance field, particularly dental
• High call volume contact center experience
• Ability to Multi-task
• Strong typing skills
• Proficient in Windows, MS Word and Excel
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

If you are a California resident, the salary range for this position is:

• Southern region: $36,600 - 39,500 annually
• Central region: $38,600 - 52,500 annually
• Northern region: $52,200 - 70,400 annually

If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $35,000 - 47,300 annually.

If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $52,200 - 70,400 annually.

If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $38,600 - 52,500 annually.
