Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, is seeking a dynamic Talent Senior Specialist to join our Global Talent Team. This role is ideal for someone who’s deeply passionate about both the human capital side of HR and talent development, with a hands-on approach to making a meaningful impact across regions. Responsibilities:
· HR Tools & Competencies: Develop and refine tools for recruitment, performance management, and other HR functions to support a strong talent lifecycle.
· Global Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for both business services and legal teams.
· Talent Development: Collaborate on global programs that enhance professional growth, mobility, and mentorship across the firm.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders and HR colleagues globally to align on strategic talent needs.
· Project Management: Drive human capital projects with an independent, timely, and organized approach.
· Wellbeing Initiatives: Play a role in delivering worldwide wellbeing programs that promote a healthy, engaged workforce.
· 4 – 6 years’ experience in a similar environment / role with proven track record.
· Educational background in Human Resources or similar line of study.
· Strong understanding of human capital strategy and global HR practices.
· Proven experience in delivering HR or talent projects in a global setting.
· Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
· Proficient in English, with solid command of Excel and PowerPoint.
· Prior experience in a global firm advantageous.
