Senior Associate, Planning - job 1 of 2

We are looking to add a Senior Associate, Media Planner working on our client in the automotive space. You will work with a supportive team of people who are invested providing you with opportunities to build both your confidence and your skillset. You will report into the Associate Director on the team. This is a hybrid role based in Detroit, Michigan (Southfield)

As the Senior Associate, Media Planner, you will demonstrate a working knowledge of lower funnel performance media digital (primarily social and search) media and available media research. Some primary responsibilities include:

• Helping develop media plans and strategies for brand and product campaigns
• Assisting with media plan output, accuracy, and overall excellence
• Partnering with finance, and analytics teams to outline appropriate processes and timelines
• Fostering relationships with media community; continue to develop publisher and higher relationships for exchange of ideas
• Assisting with QA, budgeting, and billing
• Conducting reporting

• 6 months+ Experience in Digital Media Planning
• Exposure to audience research and targeting
• Understanding of basic planning fundamentals including reach/frequency, budgeting, measurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Experience with Lumina and Tableau a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000- 83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
