Information and choices. Intentions and data. It's our specialty.Job DescriptionWe are looking to add a Senior Manager, Media Planning to our New York-based iProspect team. Your responsibilities will bring you in person with your team and client on a periodic basis.You will report directly to the Director of Media Planning. You will also get to demonstrate your working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media preferred) and available media research and systems.You will help manage the daily tasks by focusing on important client goals and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals.Responsibilities :• Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines (Display, Partner Direct, Content, SEM, Social, TV, OLV, OOH, and Radio)• 2+ years of experience with full funnel media awareness campaigns• Coordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of awareness-based channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio)• Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plans• Help evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables• Experience w / analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights• Manage the digital activation on the planning team and work with search and socialQualifications• 2+ years of total experience in a large agency setting• 2+ years of media planning and buying experience in the TV, CTV, Social and digital landscape• 1+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools or equivalent• Understand how to develop client relationships• Experience promoting collaborative relationships with other teams• Comfortable working with budgets / numbers and an understanding of mathematical conceptsAdditional InformationWhat you get :• Generous paid holiday schedule• Opportunity to get experience with a variety of leading brands• Agile, remote work environment with periodic in person meetings• Comprehensive healthcare plans• 401(k) with employer match• Flexible time-off• 16 weeks paid parental leaveThe anticipated salary range for this position is $62,400 - $83,375.
