About the Role
We are looking for a founding Marketing Automation Advisor (Senior BDR) to generate a predictable flow of opportunities by educating e-commerce companies on best ways to improve customer journeys. Working closely with founders, heads of sales, marketing & customer success you will be responsible for discovering sustainable ways to increase and keep high outreach conversions.
You will be a key employee in achieving predictable US market traction, ensuring the company's overall success. Meaning ambitious targets, short onboarding and fast growth in both compensation and position.

Maestra is a 15-person spin-off from a successful European business. We have game-changing technology that has been advancing for many years, with a proven business model to match. We aim to secure Round A within the next year, if we achieve a stronger PMF in the US. We are operating with a special self-management culture: transparent P&L, open and self-set salaries, no lying or bending truths during sales (and beyond!), consent decision making and minimum management.
Our founders are in Boston and a bigger part of the team in the Netherlands. You will be one of the first US employees.
