Nice to have, but not required:
  • Worked in Round A stage companies during rapid sales scaling
  • Have knowledge in marketing automation, customer journey optimization or e-commerce
  • Have an active LinkedIn profile or other public writing portfolio
  • Live within driving distance from Cambridge, MA (or ready to travel for onboarding)
  • Have a leading experience: onboarding and / or process improvement

About us

Our mission is to empower marketers to drive organization success by improving customer journeys.

Maestra is a 15-person spin-off from a successful European business. We have game-changing technology that has been advancing for many years, with a proven business model to match. We aim to secure Round A within the next year, if we achieve a stronger PMF in the US. We are operating with a special self-management culture: transparent P&L, open and self-set salaries, no lying or bending truths during sales (and beyond!), consent decision making and minimum management.

Our founders are in Boston and a bigger part of the team in the Netherlands. You will be one of the first US employees.

How to apply

If you want to stand out, or if you do not meet the requirements, but believe that you can handle it: send in an application, then find Maestra’s CEO’s work email and write him a letter that would convince him to review your application further.
