Grasim Premium Fabric (GPF), formerly known as SOKTAS India Private Limited, is a part of one of the largest Indian conglomerates, Aditya Birla Group, Grasim Industries Limited.

Grasim Premium Fabric entered the premium, pure cotton fabric business in 2019 by acquiring 100% equity shareholding of Soktas India Private Limited.

GPF continues to sell organic cotton fabrics in India under the ‘SOKTAS’, ‘Giza House’ and ‘Excellence by SOKTAS’ brands and remains a preferred supplier to several leading Indian and global menswear brands.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at Kolhapur, Maharashtra, with a plant capacity of about 10 million metres per annum of finished fabrics.

Job Context:

The HR department manages around 600 workers in addition to the staff employees. The workers are unionized. The Long Term Settlement (LTS) is signed once in every 5 years.

Job Description:

To ensure smooth and proper implementation of HR and IR systems and processes.
To maintaining the Industrial peace & Harmony w.r.t the Union dynamics.
To ensure employee awareness regarding performance management and to monitor smooth implementation of performance related HR processes.
To ensure effective talent management and development.
To ensure proper training and development by analysing training needs and providing training team with all necessary resources.
To maintain and develop cordial harmonious industrial relations in organization.
To maintain the harmonious relationship with the external stakeholders considering the political/cultural sensitivity of the area.
To ensure adherence to statutory compliances and follow guidelines as per applicable legal laws and acts.
To ensure a safe and healthy work environment with positive work culture.
To review planned CSR initiatives and provide inputs for further CSR interventions.

Qualifications:

MBA

Minimum Experience Level:
10-20 Years
