This is what you will do
As the Director of Business Operations, you'll oversee the core functions of our business, optimizing processes and ensuring that our teams are equipped to achieve their goals effectively. You will drive strategic initiatives and foster collaboration across departments, aligning our operational capabilities with our business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies that optimize performance and streamline processes
  • Collaborating with leadership to define business objectives, KPIs, and metrics for success
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business plans
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within our operational framework
  • Monitoring industry trends and best practices to keep Deployteq ahead of the curve
  • Ensuring that all operational activities comply with legal and quality standards

As the Director of Business Operations at Deployteq, you will need a strategic mindset and strong leadership capabilities. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends, optimizing processes, and implementing effective solutions. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll bring to the table:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in business operations or management roles, preferably in tech or SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and managing large teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, written and oral
