Payroll Specialist

DEPT® is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist with experience in UK and Ireland payroll processes. The successful candidate will join the Holding team to manage payroll across multiple entities while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Skills

  • Experience in payroll management
  • Proficiency in ADP Celergo
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll for UK and Ireland.
  • Manage payroll operations using ADP Celergo.
  • Liaise with ADP to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll legislation.
  • Identify and escalate potential payroll issues.
  • Manage payroll adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with People and Finance teams for data accuracy.
  • Facilitate audits by providing necessary payroll records.

Education

  • Relevant experience in payroll management
