Candidate should be an MBA-HR/MSW/MLS or equivalent (2YFT) with at least 3-5 years of HR & Admin experience preferably in a medium-sized manufacturing plant with 500-1000 employees. Candidate should have knowledge and experience (relevant exposure) in Talent Staffing, Performance Management, Reward & Benefits, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness & Employee Relations including external affairs. Candidate should have expert knowledge of applicable labor laws & have a good amount of exposure in the field of employee relations including employee productivity, union management, LTSs, Conciliation etc. Candidate must be able to effectively co-ordinate and implement HR Business processes, and functions and monitor HR Projects and workflows. Candidate must be able to exercise administrative judgment on establishing departmental operation goals, standards, policies & procedures. The candidate's ability to work in teams effectively for delivering shared goals and the ability to influence, network, persuade or convince others (both with internal and external groups) to adopt a specific course of action will ensure success on the job. Experience in the Metals industry and project phase would be an added advantage.
