Responsibilities

Act as a quality champion and advocate for users.
Engage early with product and design teams to provide feedback.
Develop test plans and conduct hands-on testing.
Coordinate bug bashes and make rollout decisions.
Collaborate with customer support to integrate user feedback.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
