About This Role


Hello, prospective pickle! Design Pickle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team! Design Pickle is poised for exponential growth in 2024, and as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Design Pickle, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our team. 


You will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and engaging with talented individuals who align with our company's culture and values. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating the recruitment process, managing candidate communications, and supporting the HR team in various talent acquisition initiatives.


This is a unique opportunity to join a growing tech-enabled services company that is well-positioned to grow further onto the international stage.

Reports to: Manager, Global Talent Acquisition


On a daily basis, works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Success teams.


Location: Design Pickle is a fully remote company with a Company Hub in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Specific to your role, we’re looking for individuals who have...


  • Passion for our purpose: To be the most helpful creative company in the world.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, with a proven track record in candidate sourcing, scheduling and screening.
  • Demonstrated ability in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, professional networks, niche platforms, DEI-focused organizations, and job boards tailored to specific roles and industries.
  • Proficient in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and overall alignment with the role and company values.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods, with an emphasis on creating a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in GSuite and experience with HRIS or ATS systems.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that each candidate feels valued and informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities


  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screening calls.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the specific qualifications required for each role.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in creating and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and talented candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in our HR systems.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and attending career fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and practices.


$55,000 - $65,000 a year


The compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary offer made to a candidate will be made with mindful consideration of a wide range of factors. These factors include but are not limited to skills, qualifications, education/knowledge, experience, and alignment with market data for a given location within the US. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions. This salary data is for our US-based positions only.
