The Role

Clutch is looking for a Designer to join our Marketing team! You are creative, curious, have a knack for visual story-telling, and will play a central role in establishing Clutch's visual identity across multiple channels.

Reporting into our Director of Brand Marketing, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing assets for organic social, email marketing, paid social, landing pages, and more.

The successful candidate will work on both marketing and in-house initiatives to create a cohesive, recognizable brand identity. We are growing fast and need someone who can work cross-functionally to maintain our brand consistency, and further our brand awareness.

Working alongside our Art Director, you'll support all marketing design initiatives across the company including brand marketing, social media, growth marketing and even our employer brand.

What You Will Do

  • Conceptualize and create design assets for our marketing initiatives, spanning digital ads, organic social, branded assets such as illustration/iconography, physical goods, sales materials and more
  • Manage creative requests across the company, prioritizing and project managing deliverables
  • Assist with the roll-out of Clutch's brand guidelines across multiple customer touch-points
  • Partner with external agencies and freelancers as required

What You Have

  • 3+ years experience designing high-quality creative assets (graphics, motion, animation etc) for both digital and print, and has experience working in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva with a strong understanding of file types, codecs, and compression
  • Experience creating assets for paid and organic social (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), designing thumb-stopping emails, and a solid understanding of UX best practices.
  • Comfortable producing & iterating designs quickly while maintaining best-in-class design principles including colour, layout, typography, and hierarchy
  • Knowledge of current creative trends within the user acquisition and brand marketing space
  • Willingness to dive into campaign performance data and interpret results to iterate on successful creative
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to ensure consistent output

Great To Have

  • Experience working in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Experience working in Blender and/or other 3D Rendering applications
  • Experience working at a start-up or tech company
