UX Researcher - Remote (Bilingual Spanish)

Designit is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English UX Researcher to join an exciting project. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end research projects, collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, and communicate research findings effectively.

Skills

4+ years of experience conducting UX research
Ability to proactively manage projects and drive meetings
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Business acumen and ability to align design solutions with business objectives
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end research projects including planning, data collection, and analysis
Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies in Spanish
Develop research artifacts like survey questionnaires and insights reports
Collaborate closely with a research team and stakeholders
Conduct research-focused workshops and presentations
