Business Operations Manager

The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.

Tasks:
As a member of the team, you will:

• work on driving strategic initiatives with senior leadership
• create C-level content, visualize strategy, quality and finance related programs and consistently ensure result-oriented performance.
• Engage with operative teams on removing obstacles for execution of above programs

Requirements:

• Practical experience and/or studies in a creative industry (art, journalism, ..)
• Experience on field of IT, familiar with IT related topics
• Excellent visualization and aesthetical skills, obsession for detail
• Willingness and ability to understand business strategy and operations
• data-driven thinking, ability to manage structured data
• German knowledge
