DevOps Engineer (100% Remote - Throughout US)

We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a focus AWS CICD, scripting and automation. You will be responsible for building CICD pipelines for Serverless and Containerized applications, improve development cycles, and ensure scalability and reliability. Experience with AWS Services, Python, along with good communication and documentation skills would be ideal.

You will be working with a fun, passionate and dedicated DevOps team, with the following responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of CI/CD pipelines
  • Deploying AWS resources using AWS CloudFormation
  • Automating processes required to deploy, manage, configure, scale, and monitor internal, product and cloud-based applications following best practices.
  • Coordination with Development/Quality Assurance teams to constantly improve and increase deployment velocity.
  • Management and support of infrastructure and development applications including architectural design, source code management, and hosted applications.
  • Managing and optimizing Jfrog Artifactory Cloud instance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful delivery and implementation of assigned tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1+ Years of experience implementing DevOps practices with strong hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • 1+ Years of experience with high level programming language e.g., Python, Java, or C# (Python Preferred)
  • Experience with AWS services and tools such as AWS Lambda, AWS Code Pipeline, AWS CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Service Catalog, SAM, AWS CDK etc.
  • Understanding Configuration Management tools
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation Preferred)
  • Experience building and deploying containerized applications
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and deployment
  • Experience with source control tools (Git)
  • Experience with Artifact repositories e.g., jFrog
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Understanding of Agile Software Development Life Circles

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $159,300, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
