So join us on this mission!Job DescriptionA bit about this role:We are looking for a multi-talented Product Designer with a diverse portfolio. This is an individual contributor role for someone with a wide set of User Experience skills - not a specialist role. The right candidate can manage a design process from foundational research to implementation, with an emphasis on speed. While this role has an emphasis on interaction design, the right candidate is able to independently determine which methodology of many in their wheelhouse is appropriate to the task at hand.In this role you will work seamlessly with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to prioritize and deliver delightful user experiences that put our members first. You will be proactive, self-reliant and collaborative in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will drive projects forward despite ambiguity with confidence, humility, and humor. You will be an effective communicator who can align teams towards action with your design visions.• This position is remote, expected to work mostly east coast hours, and with travel expected 2-3 times per year.Your responsibilities and impact will include:• Design useful and engaging user experiences; making simple things feel simple and complex things feel possible• Solve problems first with existing design patterns, or create reusable ones if needed• Generate design deliverables with Figma, LucidChart, Adobe Suite or other design tools; including sitemaps, workflows, taxonomies, wireframes, and prototypes• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define implementable solutions that meet user, business, and regulatory needs• Produce and socialize insights from qualitative and quantitative research to help guide team decisions that put our members firstRequired skills and experience:• 7+ years of experience in digital product design• Strong online portfolio that exhibits a variety of sophisticated projects on multiple platforms• History of team collaboration - working with other designers, product managers/owners, business stakeholders, software engineers, and QA• Deep understanding of applied product design and software development best practices• Keen attention to detail in a hyper-compliant environment• Healthcare experience a plusSalary range: $104,500 - $151,000 / yearOur ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package.
