Senior Software Engineer Python/AIML

Devsinc is seeking a Senior AIML Engineer to join its dynamic team.

• Develop, deploy, and design machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Implement and maintain AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Analyze large datasets, collect, and preprocess them to extract meaningful insights.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through robust data validation and cleaning processes.
• Research and apply advanced algorithms in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and data science to incorporate new techniques and methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to the team's growth and improvement.
• Lead and manage AI/ML projects from inception to deployment.

• Track project progress, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Experience with generative AI techniques, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and variational autoencoders.
• Proficiency in advanced machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Theano, Caffe, SciKit-Learn, and Keras.
• Experience with NLP and Computer Vision tools and libraries.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques and frameworks.
• Proficient in using databases and data processing tools like SQL, NoSQL, or similar.
• Experience in developing APIs using web frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.
  Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jupyter, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus
• Experience with LLMs is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field; MS is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
