You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and industry networks will enable you to source and engage passive candidates. Additionally, you will drive the full recruitment life cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Responsibilities• Partner with hiring managers to understand and define staffing needs• Develop creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including offer generation, negotiation, and onboarding• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry networks• Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring policies and procedures• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to guide recruitment strategiesMinimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technology positions• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies• Proven experience using various sourcing methods to attract and engage passive candidates• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers• Sound judgment and decision-making skills• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
