Meet the team :
The R&D Quality Team is responsible for ensuring that products meet regulatory, quality, and design requirements, focusing on maintaining the integrity and safety of existing products while addressing planned design changes and product issues, frequently through the CAPA process . This role also includes managing teams, developing and implementing quality strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the company's products.
Where you come in :
D evelop, coach , and hire direct and indirect reports to provide technical leadership and support of multiple projects, and drive best practices throughout the organization.
You will l ead quality team and influence product development projects .
You will coach quality team on functional deliverables and ensures technical excellence for product or technical development.
Owns and drives activities related to Design Controls, Risk Management, Product Performance, including CAPA .
Provides expertise and guidance on sustaining engineering activities to maintain product quality and safety, particularly design changes and design related product issues that arise
You collaborate through cross-functional team and management relationships.
You will m onitor and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations and standards

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of industry experience • 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience
