Art Director

As Art Director at VRAI, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the visual identity of our brand. You will work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing & President to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our audience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual stories.

• Develop and execute the visual strategy for VRAI across all channels, ensuring a consistent brand identity.
• Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.
• Oversee the production of all visual content, including photography, videography, graphic design & CGI.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, models, stylists and other creative partners.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a keen sense of aesthetic judgment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
