DIETARY AIDE:SCHEDULE: ROTATING 4 DAYS ON AND 2 DAYS OFF:
Must have Food Handlers Certification
Responsible for assisting with preparation of food and beverages, cleaning designated work areas, equipment and dishware.
Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
Must be knowledgeable of spreadsheet, diet cards, recipes and setting up trays.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work independently or with supervision.
Ability to address employees, residents, family m;embers, visitors and the public.
Organize dietary cards prior to each meal
Assists with scraping, rinsing, washing, sorting and storing of dishes, pots, pans and utensils
Washes dishes according to established procedure for manual and/or automatic dishwashing. Records wash/rinse chemical temperatures.
Prepares morning, afternoon and evening snacks.
A Wraps Silverware as needed.
