Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall product portfolio strategy for Diggin Inn Pet Resort.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the pet care industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies for product launches.
• Monitor product performance metrics and analyze sales data to optimize the product mix.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Develop product specifications and work closely with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Evaluate potential new products and make recommendations for additions to the portfolio.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or portfolio management, preferably in the pet care industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for pets and a solid understanding of pet care products and customer needs.
